Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. This applies to digital downloads, including impulse responses (IRs), as well as our mixing, mastering, audio editing, and speech enhancement services. Once a product is purchased or a service is rendered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Revisions

A revision is an optional round of adjustments you can request after receiving your initial mix or master. Revisions help ensure the final product meets your vision. One (1) optional revision is included with each mix or master at no additional fee. Further revisions may be requested for a small cost.
